SimpleClick are a technical agency based at Three Rivers Business Centre, Ipswich. Our services include web design, software development, mobile app solutions, usability testing and digital marketing services. We specialise in creating bespoke solutions for our clients who come to us when they can’t find a solution already out there that ticks all their boxes.
Some of the projects we’ve worked on include a bespoke workflow management system for a leading motor insurance company, a dedicated Online Booking Abandonment Conversion system for a client in the travel industry and a brand new website for a client specialising in recruitment who wanted to build traffic to their website using a blog and video content driven approach.
At SimpleClick, engagement is at the core of everything we do – we work collaboratively and see ourselves as an extension of our clients’ teams. In fact, it’s not unusual for us to work from our clients’ offices a few times during a project; it really helps us to get to know your team and business.
For when an ‘off the shelf’ system can’t do the business, we’ve developed our own Content Management System (CMS), Doddle. This allows us to give our clients complete control and flexibility to manage their website in the way they want. Most importantly, we’re constantly developing and improving it. Off the shelf CMSs such as WordPress are well established open-source platforms but often, they cannot deliver the functionality a business needs to grow.
